I had a 1 o'clock appointment for a simple state inspection. When I got there, they had two cars on the lifts. And seeing that they don't offer any services that take more than 30 minutes, I didn't think that was a big deal. Well, an hour and a half went by, and I was still sitting there waiting while the same two cars were still sitting there on the lifts. If it takes y'all an hour and a half to do the incredibly simple services that you offer, y'all need to just shut it down. I should've known better when the guy at the front counter was punching the keys on the keyboard with two fingers as hard as he could.

I've done all my business with this Mavis for over 10 years or so and only had a couple bad experiences. I have 4 vehicles that are always needing tires or repairs along with brakes, inspections and oil changes. Cody along with Kurt have always been professional and courteous.
