I had a very poor experience at the Mavis in Rio Grande NJ. They did not complete my service and then lied about it. I specifically asked for a tire balance and rotation and told Frank, the manager there that I needed air in the tires. They rotated them in less than 15 minutes, never balanced them or added air and then claimed they did. They even told my husband they had told me to drive it for 25 minutes or 25 miles (Frank kept changing his story) on a highway, not stopping at lights. That was a lie as my husband was with me and neither one of us was told that. Frank also initially claimed they did balance the tires as he watched the technician. Then he said he didn't watch the technician because he had other customers. The outcome was my husband spent 20 minutes in the rain putting air in the tires because it hadn't been done. My tires after service were 29 lbs in both back tires and 31 lbs in both front tires. They were supposed to be 34 lbs in the front and 39 in the back. There's not way they completed the service and then went ahead an charged me.
