Phenomenal service. We've had oil changes, brake replacements, and new tires at reasonable prices. Skilled technicians, and when we needed a quick tire replacement, it was done immediately. Great, friendly people, following the managers example.

Had a nail in my tire and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. Outstanding customer service, a great group of guys, and I’m with without doubted thoroughly impressed!

Mavis in Sparta did a great job with my daughters jeep. I had thought it only needed front tires, but Tim called, and allowed me to stop by to see how badly warn the back tires were in the center section, he was absolutely correct in the back being an issue too. He did all he could do to help keep the cost down, which I really appreciate. We have been going to Mavis in Sparta years now and will continue because the service is excellent.

I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received at Mavis Tire in Sparta today. Late in the afternoon, I encountered a tire pressure issue that was quickly worsening. I called at Mavis Tire in Sparta and was advised to come in. When I arrived at about 5:30, Chris and Rich were quick to help me. They identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Within 10-15 minutes they were done. I was impressed and a believer that they went above and beyond in saving my day. When asked for the charge, I was told it would be on them and that they were just happy to help. Thank you Chris and Rich for your help especially since this was probably the last job of the day. I have no reservation about recommending Mavis Tire in Sparta for their outstanding customer service and care. Thank You.

Went in for an appointment for an oil change. My wife was there the previous afternoon for the same and as it ends up, she needed rear brakes. So while they were doing my oil, I had them check out my breaks. The shop manager actually brought me into the garage and showed me up close how much life is left on my breaks and said by the next couple of months I'm going to need front brakes. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need or BS me about anything!!! Hat's off to you Mavis, I'll definitely see you soon for the breaks.

Changed my tail light and just as I was leaving noticed my headlight had also burned out. Mavis was able to install a new headlight bulb for me before I left
