Bad oil change
I recently bought a car, and just after my first oil change, the drain plug came out a which is not supposed to happen , causing my engine to get damaged. It’s been five months since then. I’ve only spoken to the regional manager twice and even sent him a PDF, but he misunderstood it and closed my case multiple times without resolving the issue.

Customer Service
This will be my third vehicle that I’m bringing in to get tires and an alignment. Aurora at your Tucker location gives excellent service and what’s key for me it that she listens to you as the customer and tells you what’s best for your vehicle and makes sure you understand the importance of getting your warranty for your parts. I will continue coming here as long as you continue to keep great employees like her.

Can't beat the price
Given how busy the Tucker location is, I was happy that they were able to service my car even though I had to go back twice because of lack of parts, etc. While I appreciate their hard work? My only complaint would be the grease that was left on my driver's seat, middle console, and arm rests which are made of leather.
