Disappointed lady
I am extremely disappointed with this shop and will not be returning. I initially paid $1,500 for brake work here. I had to bring my car back a second time because the brakes were intermittently seizing while I was driving. On my third trip back for the exact same issue, one tire completely seized up. I was called and told the repair would be fully covered under warranty with no charge. However, when I arrived two days later to pick up my car, they forced an unexpected $112 charge on me, claiming a brake line had to be replaced. Dealing with the constant inconvenience of three separate trips for the same dangerous issue is bad enough, but being lied to about the cost made me feel taken advantage of. They have completely lost my trust and my business.

i took my car to do an alignment and rotation and it went better than normally expected !! the alignment tech did an amazing job !! super time efficient, clean and very nice!! we need techs like him! i would definitely recommend those services from this specific tire kingdom due to him.
