Mavis Tire in West Berlin gave me exceptional service! I had a nail in my tire and I stopped in without an appointment and they repaired my tire free of charge. The sales guys here are very friendly and respectful. Thank you Mavis!

Great service tire was patched nice and quickly

Took my car to.BJs and was told they could not remove my tire cause the bolts o. The tire were to tight. Was told to take it to a mechanic to get the tire off. Came to Mavis and within 5-10 minutes my tire was off and patched.

I will be bringing my car here from now for tires!

The staff were very professional and friendly. My car was taken in for an oil change, the documentation process was fast and I didn’t expect such a quick turnaround time. Great team!

I would avoid this place at all costs. My recent service visit cost me a new engine and no one is willing to take responsibility for their negligence in terms of failing to secure the drain plug for the oil. I have video evidence that it fell out and caused oil to leak all over my engine. My 2022 Honda has been out of commission for over a month leaving me with a rental car and two small kids to get around. Forget contacting customer service I spoke with one manager Ellis for the Berlin NJ area and all I get from customer service is that we will reach out and someone will contact you back from higher up. Well it has been a month of me trying to get my call back from someone higher up and no response so I have to contact a lawyer to try to recoup the loss of the engine because this company will not take responsibility for their negligence. Absolutely awful customer service. I will never take any cars here in the future and recommend anyone considering it to go elsewhere.

Angel Regional Manager was very Courteous and Professional. The service was very fast and reliable took my vehicle right into bay.
I also heard over customers say how professional and courteous Angel is with them. I recommend Angel be promoted to train all store Mangers for Mavis across the US.

Needed to get 2 tires installed immediately…called to see if they could accommodate my needs immediately…Spoke with manager Angel Velez who was able to secure an immediate opening and resolution…Angel had an emergency come up and asked if I could allow him an extra 10-15 minutes…which he then offered to order Pizza to which I gladly accepted…as I watched and heard how he handled his customers in house and on the phone I was very impressed by how professional and willing he was to go above and beyond to satisfy his customers issues without any hesitation…awesome service…I’m a customer for Life….Thx Angel and staff at W.Berlin NJ Mavis Tire Center….
