Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at Mavis. Mavis was not able to mount my tires to my wheels, nor refund me the money for the install in store ( I bought them online). They told me my tires would not fit/mount on the wheels, which are a very common size (17x8.5). I know for a fact the tires and wheels are compatible. This left me no choice but to come to the store and pack all the tires into two separate cars and find another shop to mount them. They also said I would have to reach out to the tire company for my refund. I got the feeling that because it was Friday afternoon, they didn’t want to work on them.

My Go To Mechanic! Carl Anderson is Professional, Proficient,and communicates with honesty. Somebody I can trust with my vehicles.

I want to edit my review and change the one Star to 3 Stars. I left my car to go walk around and they profited to fix all other cars before mine.

However, I also had a wheel alignment and the car is running very well. They did a decent job. They just need a little more training on customer relation and communication.

They are always super helpful and make thing as easy to understand as possible.

Easy online scheduling. Follow up call from store to let me know that my tire was in. In and out quickly.

My husband brought my car in for an appointment but when making appointment he asked to have air filters done, as well as oil change and wiper blades. When he went in, he told them that he realized we did not need the air filters done because he had done in August. When he got bill he was charged for two filters at 24.99 each. Without his reading glasses he could not see the invoice because it was so light, he paid the bill $180.00 My husband was sitting in car in lot, speaking to me about price on phone and then front desk guy came out and said there was a mistake with the bill. He was very nice, but it will still make me think twice about communication between your mechanics and front desk. He did give us a credit on our credit card. My husband said service was good.
