After a home internet debacle, our printer was offline for a week. Super frustrating. Every search and google query led me astray - like when you google "how to reduce pain in neck" and the internet answers "cancer!" - in retrospect, leading me further away from the very simple answer. I went to Mavyn for tech support. Adam asked me one question and identified the problem. I was able to reconnect my printer to my computer in under a minute. Amazing what a quick conversation can resolve.
