Then tried to book appointment with Endocrinologist at Clark Pampanga. Guess what : they don't have this ser vice available. Called their hotline and was cut off twice during conversations with their representatives. Selling policies they cant fulfil.

Disappointing company
Disappointing company. I purchased a card on November 2 2023 with Product Reference Number: 2119066823540 (Eready Platinum) as a gift
Today, June 28 my fiancé sought to use it after being bitten by a dog. CSR on the phone refused to honor said card citing some technical issue.
Unacceptable. Insurance is purchased precisely for situations like this. Denial when you need it the most is inimical to public safety
I will never deal with this company again nor recommend it to my friends

Maxicare PH is a big scam! Don't get any plan from them for your employees as they will charge you large amount of money but they will not allow your employees to use it. SHUT DOWN MAXICARE!

Purchase 2 prepaid card and taking too…
Purchase 2 prepaid card and taking too long to activate. Keep on asking update and same response that it is escalated. A close and sealed prepaid card, but mentioned that there were already names using the card number. Chat and phone support sucks and keep on disconnecting, worst is their chat that I am still typing the details as this is for 2 cards and quickly reply their closing spiel. Issue reported on 22/01.2024 and still not resolved as to present and getting me worried now as it's not that cheap for the 2 cards!!!
