£134 for a battery replacement
Had an alarm system in for 12 months, and a battery had failed on a sensor unit. We were charge £134 to have the battery replaced (£100 call out + travel expenses + £2 battery). This seems a high price for something we could have potentially done ourselves but it was suggested an engineer should come out.

Had a our cctv system replaced by…
Had a our cctv system replaced by Mayfair. Mike the engineer was very efficient and kept me appraised of where to put the cameras and where the wiring was to be put. he also was very thorough in explaing how to use the app on my phone and also how to use the dvr via my tv. Would definitely recommend this company for alarm systems and cctv cameras.

Would avoid using this company
Would avoid using this company. Our alarm was installed by them ( initially had no issues). They came back to service the alarm after one of the sensors had a low battery. Paid for a service and full battery change. After 18 months the same thing happened. I found the service booking team member to be unhelpful so called another local company. When they carried out the work they discovered the batteries weren’t dated as they should be and the one causing the fault was the original factory fit battery - so the work paid for hadn’t been carried out. Emailed twice requesting a call to discuss. No reply.
