I am an estate agent and I have no tie up or business connection with this firm. However when I have had a client that has received exceptional service I feel the need to write for potential buyers sellers and people in property to know. Amanda Lee has been superb throughout dealing with a lease. Not only was she incredibly speedy, she showed great due dilligence, efficiency and was lovely to work with. I highly recommend if you have any issues property related with leases etc that need sorting. Highly recommend.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Mayo Wynne Baxter, and in particular Michelle & Sally for any house sale/purchase needs. You hear horror stories about solicitors during house buying, but this wasn't the case here. They made the whole process a lot easier, was always on hand for help, and did everything quick and efficiently. 10/10, would recommend.

From start to finish Ross was very helpful and professional, sympathetically guiding us through a very difficult and lengthy process. He explained things clearly and gave his expertise to advise us on the correct form of procedure without using jargon. I would have no hesitation in recommending MWB and in particular Ross Spiller.

Terrible service. I came for a stat Dec witness signature and was told it is £5+£2 per extra document. I brought 1 document to be signed and another as a copy for the solicitor (standard practice) and they charged me to sign both but didn't tell me that at the time just took my money £10 and then when I called up about it later decided that charging me for the document and their copy was fair. They also overcharged me even if the copy was chargeable as it should have been £7 based on what I was told not £10.

They had an issue when I complained about it and told me they won't book any more appointments due to this. It's ridiculous and they have been completely dishonest.

From my very first contact, I received a swift response and felt genuinely supported throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered clearly and promptly, and I feel you have strong communication channels in place should your clients need support or clarification.
