Have purchased from Maze on a few occasions now and the customer service has always been excellent.

Initially I ordered a Winchester rattan set but, as the garden landscaping progressed, I realised that it would be too big.

Maze Living cancelled the order for me and I then placed an order for the Fuzion Cube sofa set with firepit dining table.
Customer service could not have been more helpful, excellent assistance from really friendly staff.

The set arrived today and it is beautiful, exactly what I wanted. The Maze Living delivery men unpacked everything, placed the set in a neighbour's garden because my landscaped garden isn't finished yet. The men were really helpful and pleasant. They explained what we will need to do when we move the set to our garden when it's ready.

Maze Living have been excellent and the furniture set was greatly discounted with an additional end of summer discount code. I'm extremely happy.

Our Kensington rattan set was perfect and as described.
It was delivered in under seven days and the two guy that divered it were spot on. Really polite and helpful.
Can't fault anything so far.

I was told fhat delivery was due today, after waiting for 4 weeks for replacement part due to faulty products. Parcel has not arrived yet had confirmation text stating fhat it has been delivered.

I haven’t seen the furniture in it’s entirety as it’s been delivered to my back gate as it wouldn’t go through the aperture of the gate, that’s not the fault of the delivery persons, but I had a text message to say that the garden furniture was to be delivered at between 10.07am - 13.07pm. When it hadn’t arrived, I went to work, I didn’t hear anymore from the delivery company, and at 16.47pm, I had a ring doorbell message as the delivery driver was outside my home. I spoke to him and explained why I wasn’t home, no real response, but the fact that the company was bothered to message me and say that the furniture would be with me at between these times, was not good enough. Why bother to give a time when it was useless. I’m now going to try and get the furniture, without any help, into my garden. Let’s just hope that it’s in one piece and I don’t cripple myself. Thank you

Stunning and extremely practical table and corner sofa and stools. Leaving out 365 days per year avoids any storage.

Delivery was FAST - two days from order. I paid for white glove service - I didn’t lift a finger and it was put exactly where I wanted, explained how to use and tips and lovely guys who clearly cared. Build quality and materials are superb too.

Just ordered more items from them today.

Very disappointing service.
Ordered garden furniture over month ago. All items in stock. Emailed for a delivery date never got a response. Checked my account saw expected delivery 6th September. Truck turned up today with no notification from MAZE & only part of the order.
Not sure what’s going on with Maze customer service team!!!

Not very happy that the poor guy delivering this was alone. He looked at a normal front door as everyone has and said " it ent going thru there"
I showed him the rear entrance, which is an alley way with wet leaves on the floor, he walked up and down, said " No it ent fitting thru there either " he then decided to walk back through our sitting room which has just been decorated and had new carpet, without wiping his feet.
Walked to his van, dumped everything on the pavement, asked me to sign for delivery and left.
Luckily I run my own building company and called in a couple of guys, we removed doors and got it in.
Really really poor service.
Would not recommend.

We have bought 2 items from maze.
The pergola is robust and sleek and is a great addition to the garden. We had a small chip in the paintwork which was resprayed with no quibble.
We also have the pulse rectangular seating, which we are loving so far.
Both were installed quickly and competently in the expected delivery window. Both turned up slightly earlier on the day than expected from the text message, which was useful for us.
All communications with maze have been polite and helpful, including my visit to their showroom earlier in the year.
Lovely small company.

The website quoted 7-10 days delivery but I waited 8 weeks. I took a day off work for installation but they did not arrive. I would have appreciated a call to inform me. Feel like I've missed this summer. The guys who delivered and assembled my pergola were terrific. Demonstrated how to use
