I would strongly advise against purchasing from Maze Living.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the Bali furniture and the company's lack of accountability. The acacia wood started to perish as soon as it rained, despite their claims of durability. To make matters worse, the furniture arrived with a dent, yet Maze Living refuses to acknowledge this or honour their warranty. The company is not transparent—negative reviews have been deleted from their website (I have screenshots to prove this). Their advice against using an all-weather cover contradicts reality, as the covered areas have actually been better protected. For the high price, I expected far better quality and customer service. Instead, I have been met with excuses and dishonesty. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Maze Living. I am now seeking legal advice against Maze Furniture Shop.

Shocking aftercare and product quality issues

The ordering was fine. Delivery men spot on.

However quality and particularly their aftercare is poor.

The icebucket arrived dented. I reported 14/08/23. Replacement arrived quickly.
Some of the logo plates on the chairs were upside down but I corrected myself as easily fixed
However I found the stitching on the back cushion was faulty, reported 21/08/23, I was told by George, the same day replacement sent. Nothing received so contacted again 3/9/23.
Jayde replied on 4/9/23 advising slight delay. I chased again 21.09.23, Jayde told me it was being collected 25/09/23. Still nothing received so chased 12/10/23.
No reply to my emails.
I rang today 17/10/23 quite frustrated and when the lady I spoke to said about putting me on hold I was annoyed and said well yes if it's that difficult to find out when the cushion will be sent. She cried OMG I'm disconnecting the call.
Seriously this individual shouldn't be in customer service if she can not manage frustrated customers which I think is quite justified since I had been chasing for 2 months ! And paid nearly £1600.

I rang again straight after and I spoke to another lady who was much better tempered, she put me on hold and left me there for over 5 mins so I gave up.

I am going to have to raise a dispute with my card merchant as I can not keep getting the run around.

Buyer beware their aftercare is shocking and seem unable to cope with frustrated customers.

Such a shame their aftercare has ruined my experience. Aside from quality issues it is a nice table set
