Customer Service is non existent.
Appalling treatment of Australian Investors, ID, MB, MBP, should all be shut down.

This company has recently opened after closing its other company and leaving every investor without any money. This operator opens and closes a company every two years and takes the money with them.You won't ever see your money again. They are not afsl registered. ASIC registered means nothing. Read income directs reviews same owners. They give you a Bill of exchange it not worth the paper it's written on.
They have set a new board to hide behind.
They has left most of us with nothing.
It is a Ponzi scheme that defrauded investors by using their funds to pay returns to earlier investors, rather than generating legitimate profits.
The person that was assigned to sign our bill of exchange is not at the head of this new business.
They will give you a log in but it's all fake.
The fine print terms and conditions will say there is no guarantee getting your money back. That there is not an investment, that there gives them the right to take and not return your money without question. Red flag if you sign this allowing for them not to pay back your hard earned cash.
I was never given a log in and never even knew it was a thing.
