Top notch customer service
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from MCB Equestrian in future. I ordered a headcollar from them after being let down by another website in relation to the same product. I experienced a delay with Royal Mail when it came to delivery and after making contact with MCB, Tom really went out his way to get the issue sorted quickly and kept me updated which was really appreciated. The product price was cheaper than elsewhere as well!

Outstanding
Ordered a pair of gloves for daughter 03/01/22 order number #2029.
The guys called and explained that the original gloves I ordered where unavailable, not only did MCB refund me for the inital order but they give me an alternative pair free of charge.
I appeciate sometimes mistakes occur but to me it is how they are handled that matters.
Exceptional customer service, will use again in the future without questions

Excellent service
Excellent service, there was a slight issue with Royal Mail delivery time but Tom at Mcb equestrian was very quick to sort this out. Would recommend 5 star service .
