I wired them $300.00 dollars to their bank in Great Britain and they refuse to return my money. They have provided no services to me whatsoever and they are keeping my money. Their Publishing Agency is in 10200 S ROBERTS RD STE 4010 PALOS HILLS, IL 60465, the bank is in Great Britain, the phone number is from
Michigan and the Represntatives are
from India. I believe this is fraud. I do not want anyone to have their money stolen from these guys. Do not wire them any money. They will not return it.

If you have written your book, all I can say is congratulations. As an author, I can relate to the amount of time you put into your work. I won’t get in the way of your happiness by saying my experience wasn’t good with this company’s work. My advice is to do your research first. I wish I had had that opportunity to see what was at my disposal before having this company do my editing. There are plenty of options at your disposal; take your time before signing any contracts and read other people's comments about their experiences with this company. Before making any decisions, conduct thorough research into the company, as it is essential to do so before signing any contract. I’m a reasonable person; anything I say or have written in the past is the truth. May you have the best of luck with your upcoming book. Whoever you select for your editing, I hope that your work will bring you much success in the future.

My niche was AI fiction and I needed to craft a book with the perfect flow; though I have written it down obviously I know my lacking so I need a professional author to make my story an ideal piece of writing and luckily McZell Authors are BEST. They have the best team and discussed everything with me from day one until publication to Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Kobo. Then, they created a few animated characters to choose one and upon approval, they created an amazing visually powerful video.
I am impressed so are my readers!

I have nothing to gain by posting this coment. All I want to see is people not being taken advantage of. Everything I say is the truth and nothing but the truth; they refused to complete the tasks that I hired them to do. They will lie to you, the staff refuses to do the work, and tries to add hidden charges to you. If you do decide to hire this company, all I can say is good luck because you will really need it. Although I hired them in the past, and had serious problems with their work performing being half done with spelling errors, incomplete sentences, and run-on sentences. I wouldn't have hired them knowing what I have know today. Save your time and money! The people who work for McZell; they speak English as a second language, they don't want to complete the job that I hired them to do: by completing my manuscripts, and the cycle continues even when new management takes over as they claim. They'll have no problem chasing you down when they think money is owed to them by sneaking on hidden fees to you. All their documents, writings, and contracts will be conveniently lost, then they will have the nerve; like they asked me after two and a half years later to provided them with my payment history to them. They retain no records and never answer the phone when you try to call them. I don't enjoy making this review about this company.

This "business" has methodically attempted to remove what it called "genuine" customer's reviews that state the demonstrable facts.

I caution potential victims to "Google" the "business" and observe the pile of negative reviews: one will see the shame, grief, and outrage from the victims.

I live in a town that is well-noted for its many best-selling authors, and this "business" lists one book written by a friend of mine as having been worked on by this predatory vanity press. She tried to sue this "business," but most companies of this type of predatory vanity press are based in India and Pakistan where USA law cannot reach them.

I was looking for an eBook publisher. So full disclosure, I did not fall for what I felt was a total scam. So what were the clues? First, when I ooked up the address listed nthe web site, it is a non-existent address in Delaware. Red flag 1. Second, when I went to the Secretary of State site there is a McZell Corportion registered agent, but they have a different address to the one listed on the site. Red Flag number two. Next, they wanted me to get on a WhatsApp line to talk. Who uses WhatsApp for a legit business. Red Flag three. Then there is the "Publishing in Saudi Arabia" header on thier site. Red Flag number four. So I did a search on McZell Book blublishing and there are 3 BBB complaints within the last 12 months and then this TrustPilot site. Okay
FIVE strikes and you are out.

It is going on three years and I have no book! I am out of $6K plus!!!!!! Nothing, they went ghost!!!

I know at first I had them do a lot of revisions because I basically wrote the book and didn't finish and didn't like what I had written. So I sent what i had written to Martin who later assigned my book to David Abner who was always available when i had questions. Now a year later David informed me it was now in the final formatting stage, but it has been in the final formatting stage for a month come July 27th I reached out for update with no response. Yesterday 7/25/23 no contact at all I called both Martin and David the phone rings and then you hear music, I just left the call open to see what would happen because I have called before and spoken to someone but with this call i let it play for over 4 hours yes I said 4 hours nothing. No one picked up no recording saying leave a message nothing now I have become concerned. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for this incident. HOW DO I GET MY BOOK WHICH WAS PROMISED TO BE PUBLISHED ON PRIME KINDLE AND BARNES AND NOBLE? It's like they ghosted me

This is a follow-up review. I thought after the first review, they would deliver. No book, just BAD edits!!!! I am out $6K+, please stay away, unless you have money to give away!!! SAD the way they treated this military member!!!

This company is a sham - many promises - in fact they will promise anything for your money - because they only want money - they may deliver some effort but do not trust them - they will NOT follow up - you will promise anything - please avoid them

Inflation is through the roof. These heartless creatures couldn’t care less. I got my hopes up for NOTHING and lost my shirt with them!

William Martin called me about letting MCZell help me with publishing by new book back in February. At first I thought it was one of those “hybrid” plans that take your money up front and take some of your royalties. But he sent me a contract that showed me this was straight pay for services self publishing. Editing, proofread, professional cover and publishing for a reasonable price.

I accepted the contract, paid him. I’m published on Amazon and they are working on the other formats. I am very pleased with their work on this project and recommend it to others.

Yes I can see now that Mczell Book writing are bunch of scammers . I paid $900.00 for my book. But to my surprise without writing a chapter, I was called by Kevin to pay another $6000.00 for my book marketing plan.

Services and advice from Mr. Kevin was unique and beneficial. My experience use special in that as this is my first book I feel confident that it was treated with professionalism. Great editing under Mr. Kevin's supervision.

I have to admit, I was skeptical … and concerned that any other writer do more harm than good to my manuscript. But, having used the services of McZell Book Writing for the first chapter (so far), and having subsequently read through the result, I’m convinced my work is stronger. I’m impressed.
