Extremely bad service. They promise within 2 days delivery to Bengaluru but use the sketchiest courier service which delivers post 7 days, also no tracking is provided.

When I ordered HP802 color cartridge in Feb 2026, they sent me one manufactured in Nov 2021 whose expiry date was Sep 2023!! Unbelievable, they are selling a 5-year outdated cartridge!!

⭐ Misleading delivery promise and poor communication
I had a very disappointing experience with MD Computers.
I placed an order with a clearly mentioned “1-day delivery” promise. However, even after multiple days, the product was neither delivered nor dispatched, and I received no proper updates, tracking details, or proactive communication from their side.
Making attractive delivery promises and then failing to honor them—without any explanation—feels misleading and unprofessional. As a customer, the lack of transparency and accountability was frustrating.
I eventually had to cancel the order due to non-delivery. Based on my experience, MD Computers seriously needs to improve their delivery commitments and customer communication.

Very well and good site and it is completely safe. I have recently ordered a intel core ultra 9 285k and it is 4000 to 5000 less than other website and when received it is working like a beast. Very nice delivery was done under 3 days.

Dishonest & Unfair Trade Practices. Avoid! Sent high-end RAM with a scratched/defaced MRP sticker. Despite providing a continuous unboxing video as proof, MD Computers refused to take responsibility. They even went as far as providing false statements to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). Highly untrustworthy and unprofessional.

MD Computers Jaipur Branch Review - Highly Disappointing and Unethical Experience (1 Star)

I visited the Jaipur branch of MD Computers for troubleshooting a brand-new PC build that I had assembled myself (components bought online). The system showed no display, with debug code 55 (memory detection/initialization failure) and constant restarts. I had already tried all RAM slots, single-stick, and dual-channel setups at home — no luck.

After the effort and expense of carrying the heavy full cabinet to the store, the staff first quoted ₹800 for "assembly and setup". When I clarified that the PC was already assembled and parts weren't bought from them, they quickly figured out the issue but suddenly hiked the price to ₹1,200 for "resolving the problem and installing Windows".

Having no real choice at that point, I agreed. They then simply swapped my original DDR5-6000MHz RAM with a kit from their store, declared my RAM "faulty", and charged me the full ₹1,200.

This felt like blatant exploitation:

DDR5 high-speed kits often face compatibility issues (not defects), and code 55 usually points to training/QVL mismatch rather than dead RAM.
The sudden price jump after diagnosing the issue and the quick swap made it seem like they were taking advantage of my situation.
Charging ₹1,200 just to swap RAM and falsely label mine as faulty is nothing short of cheating.

I left feeling completely exploited and disappointed. The staff showed zero integrity, transparent pricing, or genuine technical honesty. I strongly advise others to avoid the Jaipur (Mansarovar) branch for any service or troubleshooting — you're better off diagnosing issues yourself or going elsewhere.

MD Computers, if you truly value customer trust, please investigate the practices at this branch and ensure fair treatment in the future. Until then, this experience has lost you a potential long-term customer.

shitty courier service, promised to deliver within two days and its the fifth day , Customer support is as shit as their delivery partners. Never ordering from Mohammad computers again.

I recently ordered a Logitech G502 Hero Gaming Mouse from MDComputers.in. The process was seamless, an upfront payment of 5%, they promised the delivery within 4 days. The delivery took place in.3 days, for each stage of the process they provided me with tracking numbers of parcel & updated my order status on their site as well. Packaging was very well done, box was a in pristine condition when reach to me.

Recently, I bought a Corsair CX650 SMPS. Everything went smoothly until the delivery.

The problem started when the order, which was shipped via DTDC courier, was marked as cancelled due to a wrong phone number.

When the delivery agent was out for delivery, he couldn’t contact me because the MD Computers had saved my phone number as 0000000000, even though I had entered the correct number.

Later, I had to visit the courier office in person to collect the parcel.

Order ID: #1425482 I had a terrible experience with MDComputers.in. I placed an order for G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3600 CL18 RAM and cancelled it within 15 minutes. Despite such a quick cancellation, they called me and said they would deduct 2% from the total amount as a “cancellation fee.” That’s completely unreasonable and nowhere clearly mentioned upfront! To make matters worse, they tried to pressure me into buying something else instead of giving a full refund. This kind of upselling after cancellation is manipulative and unprofessional. NEW BUYERS BE AWARE – if you change your mind even a few minutes after ordering, you’ll lose money. Such policies and tactics are not customer-friendly and feel more like a trap than a service.I won’t be ordering again from here. Highly disappointed.

I have placed order (Order ID - 1415715) on 7th April 2025 for "GIGABYTE B860M DS3H WIFI6E M-ATX Motherboard" in MD Computers. I received a faulty motherboard from MD Computers on 12th April 2025. I have reported them about the RAM slot issue on 14th April 2025. They have initiated return pickup after long days of conversation through phone calls and email conversation asking for images of the motherboard unboxing video as well the installation video I have sent them explained about the RAM Issue. Also they have asked me to share images of the motherboard before returning and also asked to share return packed images with shipping label. I have shared all the details and they picked the motherboard on 18th April 2025 (DTDC Courier). It was received by MD Computers within a day on 19th April 2025. They have denied my replacement/refund by damaging the motherboard CPU socket somehow while testing the motherboard maybe and said it was physically damaged by customer. I have shared all the images including the CPU, RAM, Motherboard, etc,. before packing with no physical damage from my end. They are cheating and doing fraud by selling defective products online. Beware of this seller not doing replacement or refund upon return. I have not received any replacement or refund from them. So I have filed merchant chargeback with my bank for fraudulent and cheating the customer. Stay away from this seller. I advice you guys never buy any products from them ever.
I have bought new motherboard from amazon and it's perfectly working fine. This seller is not doing the refund even after sending the product back to them. I will take legal action against them to get my money back. This is the worst experience I'm facing now with MD Computers. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a problem with anti virus pop ups appearing every 5 seconds on my laptop. Dropped into MD Computers and they sorted the problem out straight away...And when i asked how much..The guy said No Charge...
