This company is such a scam! I canceled the membership *Following their instructions!* and yet it still took money from my account. When I emailed to rectify this thinking it was a mistake they kept going around in circles saying that because I signed up on the web (I didn’t I signed up on the app) that I was supposed to email them to cancel. Again I signed up on the APP and canceled using THEIR instructions! SCAM!

Where to start. First when I google meal plans for keto holding 3.0 mmol/l this site came up (and another that I believe is the exact same one). It said get your free meal plan here. I assumed I'd get stuck on a mailing list but ok, no one is "truly free". I took the quiz, got it all in and it said I can achieve my goal in 5 weeks (May 24 in my case and today is April 26). I got to the end and put my email in then it took me right to a payment page. Where is the free option it said it had? It was like $14 so I said heck, I'll bite for $14. Zero website, just the quiz and download the app. I downloaded the app and you put your email in and it brings your plan up. Here is part 2.. the app tells me my goal is achievable by July 26 now. What happened to 5 weeks? I even took a screen shot of the 5 weeks page so I know I did not make this up. So that is bait and switch #2 after the free meal plan claim being #1. Then inside, it gives you a few meal plans options. Breakfast plans called for SEVEN eggs plus plus plus. It was a 1000 calorie meal! Even worst, the lunch was a 1LB steak, I kid you not 1LB!! Plus a full cup of parmesan, 6 cups of arugula and a bunch of other things. Who the heck can eat 7 eggs plus ham and zucchini such for breakfast and then eat a 1lb steak with a cup of cheese for lunch. Lunch was like 2000 calories alone too. I thought this is a mistake, must be the week's worth or family size? ZERO information on the app and I clicked everything on every screen, zero info on the site no way of knowing what portion size was and if they expected you to eat that OH my how?? It just isn't useful. MAYBE, if they put some time into it and dialed it in more but this was complete BS. The ingredients list was missing half and sometimes more than half of what the recipe instructions gave so if you use the grocery list option expect to be missing half the items ha ha.. wow. Just not thought through and the attention to detail is not there. Awesome concept but feels like a scam now. I am not accusing them of a scam as I requested my refund which their site said any request for refund during the first 7 day cooling period was accepted so I asked for it. We will see if I get a reply. I hope they are at least good with service. I expressed all this on my email to them.
