I had the pleasure of winning an hour of Paul’s time, during this call Paul polished my CV with a fine tooth comb fixing it up for employers for my internship. I recently had a two-hour session with Paul. While I'm still waiting for the interview, I feel compelled to commend him greatly regardless of the result. I previously had an interview with the local authority and was unsuccessful. Despite preparing for that interview on my own, I wasn’t aware that I could further improve my preparation for the new interview style and competency-based questions. In just these two hours with Paul, I can now pinpoint where I went wrong. It's challenging to prepare for all questions, and even more so to recall answers during the interview itself. Paul helps identify relevant situations that have occurred and then articulate them coherently to the interviewer, following a structured approach.
