First and foremost, we truly apologize for the experience you had with us. It’s always our goal to provide excellent service, and we're sorry if we fell short in your case.
However, we’d like to clarify a few points. When you initially hired us, the scope of work was for a simple web development project. Over time, new requests and changes were added to the scope without any additional payment or discussion. As a result, the project expanded beyond what was originally agreed upon.
Additionally, while we understand that feedback and revisions are part of the process, the scope of changes required after the initial Figma design was quite significant. We continued to work on these changes without altering the agreed-upon price, but it’s important to note that the constant scope shifts made it challenging to deliver the final product exactly as expected.
We also observed that some of the issues that arose were due to changes made by your internal developers, who may not have had extensive experience with WordPress. We worked to fix these issues as part of our ongoing support, but these were not part of the original agreement.
As for communication, we strive to be available to our clients and respond to queries in a timely manner. We understand that constant back-and-forth can be frustrating, and we apologize if you felt our communication was lacking at times. We always try to be flexible with timings and work around our clients’ needs.
Finally, we do recognize that the person providing feedback may not have been the original point of contact. However, we always treat all feedback and requests seriously and aim to work collaboratively with everyone involved.
We value our clients and their satisfaction, and we’ll take your feedback into consideration for future projects to ensure we continue improving our services.
Thank you for your understanding.
