Scam or one of the worst customer care
I have ordered on the 13th of April 2024 2 products.
On the 14th of April 2024 they were marked as sent.
I tried to contact the business via Contact form, but no response was given even to this day (5th May 2024).
I have also tried to contact the business via email, but my email was not delivered due to error: „The response from the remote server was: 554 5.7.1 : Relay access denied”
As per the delivery policy, the order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Given that 13 business days have passed since and I received no response from the business, I am heading towards legal actions. Before submitting my complaint to the legal authorities, I managed to identify the main business. Hence, I have emailed them there in the hope that I will get an update on my order.
I have indicated to them that I am looking forward to their reply within 5 business days.
If this is not a scam, this is one of the worst customer care.
