I attended a two day First Aid at Work Requalification course. I was nervous about attending, however after the first hour I felt more relaxed and able to ask for clarification, if there were things I didn't quite understand. He was friendly and approachable and I found the learning very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend. A great facilitator, who is very knowledgeable and ensured I had the skills and knowledge required to not only pass the qualification, but felt confident in my ability to deal with a first aid situation if and when required. I would definitely recommend.

Great course and a great instructor. The course has given me more knowledge and the capability to keep staff safe in my work place.

John is an excellent trainer, I was nervous about attending the course but there was no need, John was fab.
Relaxed comfortable environment and have come away feeling confident to approach a situation if needs be.

Wow, what a guy John is. Couldn’t have met a nicer bloke and he is unreal at what he does and to top it all off he’s been there and done it all. Not just a person who’s read a book and passed a qualification- he’s the real deal, and he has some fantastic stories from his career on being a medic. Would highly recommend him and the business.

I attended a 2-day, first aid at work level 3 refresher on 22/11/2022 & 23/11/2022. John, the trainer, was very welcoming and made the course very enjoyable. I would recommend this course and venue to anyone who is looking for one in the future.

I attended a three day first aid course The trainer was excellent - linking everything up to real life examples. The practical aspects were brilliant too as everyone usually feels a bit self conscious but John setup in different areas of the room and was very reassuring. I was really impressed that a couple of his first aid dummies registered how fast you were doing CPR so you could see how effective your CPR technique was which then motivated people to have a go to improve. Training. was really good as we all got to have a go, to familiarise ourselves with how it would work in an emergency. I've done first aid courses in the past and this one was definitely one of the best. Thank you JohnQuinn.

I did my first aid at work a three day course with Med Cover UK. John was really good, he made the course relevant to my job. He made me feel that all my questions (and there was many) were valid. He made the learning fun and his knowledge was outstanding. I did this course with my sister and we both walked away with a feeling we had learned a lot and could indeed deal with any situation we came across.

I attended a L3 First Aid at Work Course at Medcover UK's new HQ in Nov 22. The course was engaging, informative and highly effective, being far, far better than a similar course I attended with a different provider some years ago. I now feel very confident in my skills and knowledge to be a First Aider, and that is testament to John and his team. Their training is expert, backed up with years of experience, detailed, and tailored to the needs of all delegates, taking just the right time to encourage quality learning throughout. Their training aids and exercises are excellent, and all is delivered in a friendly, approachable and inclusive environment. I recently attended the three day First Aid at work course.
I throughly enjoyed everything about the course-it was faultless from booking on,to taking the test.
The relaxed learning environment created by the instructor paired with the high level of demonstration equipment set this apart from courses I have attended in the past.

During half term I took my daughter to a mini medics course. The content of the course was tailored perfectly to keep the interest of the children participating and the delivery was first class as always. My daughter struggles with her attention and focus which is part of her Autism and for her to interact and concentrate for long periods of time speaks very highly of the delivery of the course. I have personally attended various courses and really enjoyed the approach of the instructors and have felt comfortable each and every time.
