Medhut have been absolutely brilliant. After my mum’s old pharmacy became quite difficult to deal with, they really stepped in and looked after us. They kept me updated with messages throughout, were always professional, and treated my mum with real kindness and patience. My mum has dementia, so that care and understanding meant a lot to me. I’m so grateful for their support and would highly recommend them

This has been a godsend to me, receiving my meds in blister packs. I take quite a lot of medication, and trying to organise them all can be quite challenging, never mind going on holiday when everything has to be in its original packaging! Jamal is so helpful, and makes the first delivery himself, to get to know his customers. Customer service like this is rare nowadays. So glad I found them.

Jamal and Amina are knowledgable professionals who I trust with my medication and I have no doubt that they will always deliver a service nothing less than perfect. I have a number of prescriptions and attaining this from my pharmacy often proved quite a challenge as a result of my disability. Medhut provides a much more accessible and stress-free process for me by which I receive my medication to my door at a time that is best for me. Jamal and Amina ensure that the service is adaptable for me and will often work around my schedule. Jamal dealt with the trouble of transferring from my local pharmacy to Medhut. This would have been a challenge for me but Jamal had this resolved overnight. Their level of expertise is truly impressive and I feel that I can approach Jamal with any questions in which he will always thoroughly answer. The team go above and beyond and make you feel that you are much more than just a customer. A number of my associates have too used Medhut's services and have expressed their gratitude for the service. Excellent service and very conscientious Jamal gets back to you immediately if you have a query and reassures you. Delivery is fast and when I mentioned my concern about dad’s blood pressure he checked it when delivering tablets and gave me guidance.
