I believe this is the best Ukrainian streaming platform on the market! Highly recommend! Premium channels have good selection of new movies. They are constantly adding new channels. Love it.

Mediacast TV offers Ukrainian TV around the world proving a vital service for the millions of people from Ukraine who at the moment are guests of many countries during the period of the Russian invasion. I had a years subscription for our Ukrainian guests who have since moved to their own accommodation. I have cancelled today but I'd recommend mediacast for those who are sheltering refugees.

We had a Ukrainian family stay with us and I signed up for an annual Mediacast subscription. The family have now returned home. Mediacast sent an email at the weekend, informing me the renewal was due this week.

I logged on to my account, in order to cancel the service. There is no facility to cancel. I therefore sent their support team an email. Over a period of 3 days, I have since sent 3 further emails. Apart from automated emails, I've had no formal response and / or confirmation of the cancellation.

You can subscribe online, but Mediacast won't allow you to cancel online. Sharp / bad practice!

I have phoned my bank, but it said, given the late notice, the money may still be taken from my account. I'm now expecting to see a transaction for $89.99 on my statement. If so, I will then need to spend / waste time, contacting the bank, in order to go through a disputes process : (

Update: Yes, the monies were withdrawn and I am now following the disputes process with my bank. I've also emailed Mediacast once more, asking them to reimburse the money - not surprisingly, they've ignored this email too!

One of those services that allows you to subscribe online but makes you phone or email to unsubscribe.

I emailed to unsubscribe and they took a payment a week later anyway.

I can't comment on the quality of the programming because it was for Ukrainian refugees that I was hosting rather than for myself.

UPDATE: 5 months later and the only contact I've had from Mediacast (since the automated email that they sent to acknowledge receipt of my cancelation request) is an email in Ukrainian (that I had to translate) informing me that my payment details have expired. I had my bank cancel the subscription because the crooks at Mediacast certainly weren't going to do so.

Don't use this company.

I was forced to permanently relocate my parents to the US due to the recent events in Ukraine. They were very sad since they felt disconnected with what was happening back there. This app made things much better! My parents watch news, TV shows and movies and are overall much happier! The app is easy to install and use on a smart TV. I like how you can watch it in your time zone or chose a specific time. It has lots of TV channels and radio stations. Once I’ve signed up for the app a representative called me to ask if I had any questions. When do you ever get a call from a real human to check if you like an app you just installed? The only negatives thing is when you try to use the app at the sane time when a lot of users are using it, for example during Ukrainian Independence Day streaming, the app may not work. I think it has to do with the overall streaming capacity. I do feel that it happens less now than before, I’ve been using this app for 6 months now, but it does still happen occasionally. I think the provider upgrades the system as they get more subscribers. Overall, I would definitely recommend it!

I've just registered for the free trial. I used the Firestick and at first none of the channels worked, but I just contacted support, who replied within a short time and they just changed the server required for use in the UK and it started working immediately. Lots of channels with a perfect reception. Definitely recommend as it will make our Ukrainian guests feel a lot more connected to home.

Користуюся послугами МЕДІАКАСТ понад 5 років. Надзвичайно задоволений, що в нас є такий сервіс.

I had left a less complimentary review before, hence the edit, but Mediacast have now sorted out the problem for me. Very quickly in the end. They also phoned me when they saw I hadn’t read the email telling me how it was sorted out, which, considering the person who phoned is based in Ukraine in the middle of a war, is very impressive. I am very happy to report they are a good professional company. I had a problem with the Communication between the Mediacast app and the Amazon Firestick app that I used to subscribe. (I’m in the UK) The Amazon app didn’t tell the Mediacast app that I had paid. If you use a firestick to connect and it doesn’t work, contact Mediacast because it might be the same problem. My Ukrainian guests are delighted. Thanks.

Would give 0 if I could. If you want throw your money away, that’s one of the greatest chances to do. Horrible service and maintenance of the program. A lot, and I mean A LOT of channels doesn’t work as well it’s really small amount of channels they provide for that amount. Customer service respond quick but they don’t do anything, like at all to fix or solve problems, their response would be “ we are acknowledged of this issue “ so disappointed and stressed because of this streaming service

Bad company, they are swindlers

Тільки плюсуюсь до всіх негативних відгуків про Медіакаст. Довго шукали провайдера українського тв, підключили Медіакаст і це стало нашою великою помилкою. Відео не відтворюється на жодному пристрої, ми не можемо дивитись прямий ефір, про архів мова навіть не йде, програми перескакують, перемотати неможливо, проходить 10 хв і відео зупиняється і більше не йде. Але найбільш прикрим виявилося ставлення Медіакасту до своїх клієнтів. Нами було написано близько 10 листів в технічну підтримку, на жоден ми не отримали відповідь. Ані менеджер Марта Левандовська, ані технічна підтримка просто не виходять на зв'язок з нами,всі запити ігноруються, гіршого ставлення я не бачила ніколи. Просто безсовісні. Дуже шкода, що ми не можемо дивитися те, за що заплатили свої гроші. Не рекомендую Медіакаст в жодному разі.

Поганий сервіс, постійно щось зависає, служба підтримки не усуває неполадки.
Ти їм говориш що ТВ не працює, глючить а вони тобі розказують що все усунули. Постійно обманюють.

Хороший сервис. Качество. Отличная цена.

Живу у Сан Хосе, Каліфорнія. Завжди хотів дивитися українські телеканали. Сервіс Mediacast дуже допоміг мені в цьому плані. Уже пів року користуюся ним. Чудовий сервіс за адекватні кошти це те, що було пріорітетом для мене. Якщо ви хочете також насолоджуватися переглядом українського телебачення, цей сервіс саме для вас.

Моя сім'я перепробувала десятки компаній і тільки Mediacast зуміли забезпечити бездоганний сервіс, якість та надійність. Це краще рішення яке є на ринку і на відміну від всіх піратських ресурсів, Mediacast залишається єдиним, хто надає легальний контент.

Додаток мені сподобався, зручно користуватись, нічого зайвого. Окремо відзначу функцію архіву, коли можна переглянути минулі програми.

Живу в Торонто, дивлюсь ТВ вже рік, працює все дуже добре, також ціна приваблює, тому що краща ніж в інших, але хотілось би більше навчальних каналів.
