I ordered 2 sizes of the catheter bag holders for my dad and returned the larger size with no problems.
He is vey happy with this particular holder as it's a good fit and is more comfortable than others he has tried. It holds the bag well.

I ordered 1 small urgostart plus pad on 22nd December and it’s still not been delivered to me. Also, the postage was nearly £5 which is very expensive for such a small and lightweight item.
Very disappointed.
