Lying customer service
Bought some rings, 1 broke in like a month. Contacted them and they said they’ll send me another one when they drop. It drops they didn’t say anything abt it so I messaged them everyday for weeks. They get back to me after a month saying they’ll send it. It’s been a month and I got nothing. This happened in August. It is now Feb. very bad experience

Customer Service is Excellent.
Aside from the awesome products, which speak for themselves really. What made me want to write this review, was the decisiveness of the customer services team with regards to any queries and problems I had with the products. This lets me buy and enjoy their products stress free in the future!

Doesn't honour their return or exchange policy at all and ignores all customer service emails - customer support is non existent. Order at your own risk.

Since then we have hired a customer service manager who ensures all order enquiries (including returns and exchanges) are handled properly.

Scam!!! Ordered a ring a month ago, also had to pay 21.95 euro’s of shipping costs and i never received anything.. Have sent them 4 e-mails and a dm on Instagram and never got any response. Dont order here!!

Never Received My Item
Really like their designs, but I never received my item. My local courier stated that they could not deliver the package since the sender inputted in an unverifiable address. I also gave Medicle Studios ample time to respond and they never did. Now the least they could do is refund me, but it looks like they aren't even going to do that. I really wanted to support them, but it looks like they don't care about their customers. I'm honestly really disappointed.

We never stated our rings were silver, as our website says they are alloy (brass) and require more care and less frequent wears. However, our upcoming batch will all be sterling silver which is must more durability and longer lasting as requested by our audience! Lack of customer service
Size guide was not updated so they were happy to work it out. Practically non-existent customer service afterwards and did not reply to any of my enquiries or follow-ups.
