This family business is one of the few in uk who supply the incredible Neogenesis products. Ordering them from abroad takes forever and even uk suppliers seem to rather slow. I ordered from Medifine on Tuesday and the items arrived today, Thursday on free delivery, fantastic! And they send you a personal email with the Royal Mail tracking; very efficient.

After 6 months I had a problem with my time master pro and they replaced my item which is still under warranty very quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise this company highly enough, I'm so happy I have come across them. They have all the products I had been searching for and was unable to get anywhere else in the UK. Such wonderful customer service with Medifine Aesthetics. Lucy is a fountain of knowledge and she speaks intelligibly about cosmeceutical products. She spends the time on the phone to discuss your skin concerns and the best products to suit your needs. I love the fact that Medifine offers brands that you would otherwise have to order from the US and everything is such top quality. I don't tend to leave reviews but the combination of hard-to-come-by products and high quality customer service owes a review. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
