Great relief!

Purchase product for 1st time and they…

Purchase product for 1st time and they ask if I wanted to be a member. SAID NO and tab outside the box. But once press send for the product , it put automaticully as a member charging me for a fee of $40.00 montly. E-MAILED company immediately and was told it would be canceled going forward. Having problem since and will ever buy there product again......

A fraudulent company

I ordered their prime mascara a very lack lustre over priced mascara, would never order again. I then find they will be taking another 26.9 US dollars on PayPal. For what? I emailed Medilisk twice, no reply. I stopped any ongoing payments which PayPal sorted out. Find out this morning they've taken the money! What a con! Never buy from this company!

When I received the Lung Cleansing…

When I received the Lung Cleansing Spray (2) it had leaked about a quarter of the product. I let Medilisk know, not requesting a replacement but to let them know that better packaging might be called for, they responded with sending me a new bottle of Lung Spray. I have to say that it was a delight to receive such a response. When so many companies are risky to do business with online, Medilisk is standing as a company with integrity and true value for it's customers.

Don't buy anything from this company

Ordered 1 thing noticed after that a 29.95 charge. Tried to call always busy phone not working. Tried emailing saying refund and cancel membership and stop further money from being taken. Did this immediately when I received a charge. Still no response. Contacting BBB and reporting this . I just want my money back and no further money to be stolen from me.

I was A three pack a day smoker and I have clear lung

As I had written to you earlier. Here is what I had to say about Lung spray cleaning: I just wanted to take the time to write to us. I’m on my third bottle now of your lung cleaning spray. I had a stent put in about three months ago now. I’m at the time when they were doing it and when they went up my arm and over to the heart, and after they got done, and they checked my lungs and what not and after I came to go to recovery, they had told me that my lungs and everything looked just as good as what a 16-year-old‘s lungs should look like that never ever smoked and I laughed and the guy looked at me and he says to me why are you laughing? I said well the doctor I said let me tell you I said I’ve been smoking since I was 12 years old and at the time I was 60 I said when I was younger, I said I smoked a pack maybe in two Weeks that’s all I got about 22 and then I was smoking three packs of three packs of a day for about 20yrs . As I drove tow truck and I kinda lived in my truck . For at least 20 yr .So to use your product that long the lung cleaning spray and I had only used two bottles at that point . I have to say it works very well as my lungs had to look bad with smoking and before driving truck i did rustproofing of vehicles and sprayed underneath them black tar like spray . And back then we never wore a mask at all so all those vapors I be inhaling and breathing in . So again my lungs should looked like hell ! It as I have said they don’t and I don’t believe what the doctor said I laughed twice and said bullshit then apologies to him and he said hold on. I’ll get another doctor that was in the room with me. I got somebody else they came and they told me the same thing and so did the nurse that was in the room so I guess three people told me the same thing my family doctor told me the good news that’s four people telling me the same thing asked me what did I do? How did I do it and I told him what I did and I told him I still smoke and they said well if you’re gonna do that keep taking keep using this stuff because obviously it works and the doctor at the hospital said he’s gonna tell other people to use it so I personally can say and I want to thank you for it that it works and I want to say thank you for coming up with a product as good as this product is and I plan on keep on using it. I wish I could buy larger quantities at a time, but I can’t because of my pension is smaller so I can only buy small quantities at a time but I promise I will continue using your product and thank you once again for one hell of a good product.

Geachte heer/mevrouw,

Hierbij dien ik anoniem een klacht in over de werkwijze van Medirisk bij de afhandeling van medische schadeclaims.

Kernpunten van de klacht:
1. Manipulatie van patiëntgegevens
• Medirisk lijkt in sommige gevallen medische ervaringen van patiënten bewust te verzwakken of te bagatelliseren.
• Documentatie van pijn, complicaties of langdurige klachten wordt soms weergegeven als ‘normaal’ of ‘inherent aan de behandeling’, terwijl deze in werkelijkheid uitzonderlijk of onacceptabel waren.
2. Minimaliseren van de ernst van behandelingen
• Behandelingen of ingrepen die voor patiënten zeer pijnlijk of belastend waren, worden vaak door Medirisk afgedaan als routinematig.
• Dit heeft een direct effect op de erkenning van schade en het verkrijgen van adequate compensatie.
3. Onpersoonlijke en onverbiddelijke claimafhandeling
• Medirisk hanteert een strikte, procedurele aanpak die patiënten in een kwetsbare positie weinig ruimte laat voor individuele omstandigheden.
• Emotionele belasting, langdurige pijn en psychische impact worden onvoldoende meegenomen in de beoordeling van claims.
4. Schending van wettelijke regels en richtlijnen
• Door het minimaliseren van pijnervaringen en onvolledige weergave van medische gegevens, lijkt Medirisk in strijd te handelen met de Wet op de Geneeskundige Behandelingsovereenkomst (WGBO), die recht geeft op juiste, volledige en correcte medische documentatie.
• Ook wordt mogelijk de rechten van de patiënt op correcte en volledige informatie beperkt.

Gevolgen voor patiënten:
• Psychisch en fysiek lijden wordt niet volledig erkend.
• Rechtspositie bij klachtenprocedures of vervolgbehandelingen wordt geschaad.
• Vertrouwen in het zorg- en verzekeringssysteem neemt af.

Verzoek:
Ik verzoek de klachtencommissie of toezichthouder om:
• Onderzoek te doen naar de werkwijze van Medirisk bij claimafhandeling.
• Te beoordelen of patiëntenervaringen correct en volledig worden meegenomen.
• Te waarborgen dat Medirisk handelt in overeenstemming met wet- en regelgeving, en niet op een manier die schadeclaims minimaliseert door pijn of complicaties te bagatelliseren.

They will continue to charge your credit card indefinitely.
I ordered a spray for $29.95, one time in March 2025 and received one spray. I never signed up for a subscription. I never received another spray since March 2025 and have been charged $29.95 every month for one year. They are a fraud and they have no phone number to contact them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
The company reached out with an email that said that I signed up for a subscription which is a lie and they refused to reverse the charges which were $29 per month for one year. Let me be clear, in the 11 months after my first purchase for $29 they charged me the same amount and game me NOTHINGgor it! I called American Express and Amex agreed to refund me three months of the subscription, which I believe that Amex paid for. I stand by my claim that this company are internet bandits and I would never ever purchase from them again.

Medilisk lung spray

I've got copd and emphysema. I've also smoked for 60 years. I also had 63 radiation treatment the summer and fall.
During the treatments I experienced an overload of mucus. This lung cleansing spray was very effective on the mucus build up. I swapped out the squirt stem for a mist sprayer on the bottle. The mist seemed to get better penetration to my lungs.
I use it alot and it helps loosen the mucus in minutes.
I have yet to cough up anything dark that might be old build up. But I'll keep using it because it works so good on the fresh stuff and let's me breathe better.
The service from the company has treated me good on some minor issues and responds quickly to communications. Tom Christo

Saw the advert on Google
Ordered Lung Cleansing product to help with my problem £55 for 3.
Within an hour tried to cancel as saw same product on amazon £12 for 2 !!!
Was told can't cancel as product
shipped!!!!

Has to be a scam, stay away

They have alleged the product on amazon is a "Copycat" product.

Had the one from Ebay next Day.

Have compared with the product on Ebay for A FRACTION of the price and see no difference at all
Will be returning and asking for a refund
Been advised I am responsible for the cost of returning product to the warehouse in China
Won't bother, just put this down as a bad experience.

Have accepted a 50% refund and I keep the product

Dishonest, false promises - unauthorized $29.95 "health membership"

I posted a one star review to warn people about the monthly $29.95 health membership. I was charged $89.95 even though I tried to cancel repeatedly. Then the company asked me to remove my review and they would refund it. Guess what - they lied.
