Medipost accepted my order - and took payment - at 03:14 on 28 February but then advised me by email at 13:21 on 4 March that they were unable to fulfil their contract with me. They should have advised me - before they took payment - that they did not have the stock they had offered for sale.

If there was an option to give this company no star, I would certainly use that option. I placed an order on the 27th of February. I did not receive a message to say when the item may be delivered. I have logged onto the account and the dashboard says that the order is currently processing. I have not received any messages since. The money was taken out of my account straight away. If the item is not in stock, would it not be better to at least contact the buyer to let them know??

Very impressed with the service and communications, which were all very timely, offering other practical solutions when no stock was available, polite and explanatory. Mine were standard orders for my 99 year old dad - I hadn’t anticipated the supply and demand! A difficult time for all medical suppliers no doubt (COVID-19), I was kept informed about my orders and certainly did not feel let down by Medipost, obviously it’s their suppliers that are running out of stock. Plus, at the time of my purchases, they hadn’t hiked their prices up due to low stock and high demand like some suppliers. Delivery was very fast, well packaged and secure. Very good customer service, especially under this type of pressure, so well done to them. Highly recommended!

How come you cancelled my order without my permission or acknowledgment? I have ordered 10 boxes of face masks and some hand sanitizer, if you do not have stock, should you inform me in advance instead of just cancelled my order automatically?? I think this is very rude. And I don’t even have a chance to wait until the stock is back.

By the way, I have received the following email to CONFIRM my full order is ready and shipped. I don’t even know my face mask has been cancelled by you until I saw the receipt came along with the delivery box.

Can you send me an explanation?
