Had the most amazing day from start to finish. Everything about the experience felt so special, luxurious and relaxing, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything better.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. A huge thank you to Barbara, who was absolutely lovely and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She was so friendly, attentive and welcoming, and really helped make the day feel extra special.

The massage was without a doubt the best massage I have ever had. The masseuse was absolutely incredible and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and like all the tension had disappeared. I honestly couldn’t fault it at all and would happily come back just for the massage alone. Please pass on a massive thank you to her because she was amazing.

The spa facilities were just as impressive. The sauna and steam room were brilliant and created the perfect relaxing atmosphere, and the heated hot tub was absolutely amazing. It was so nice being able to properly switch off, relax and enjoy everything without feeling rushed. The whole setting felt really peaceful and luxurious.

The food was another massive highlight. It was honestly insane. There was such a great selection, everything was beautifully presented and it all tasted incredible. The grazing boards, snacks and sweet treats were all so good, and the drinks and cocktails were amazing too. It felt like so much effort had gone into making everything look and taste perfect.

The whole place itself is gorgeous as well. The treatment rooms, floral walls, decor, spa areas and outdoor space all look stunning and make the experience feel really premium. Every little detail has clearly been thought about, and it made the whole day feel like a proper escape.

We genuinely had the best day ever and didn’t want it to end. A massive thank you again to Barbara, the amazing masseuse and everyone involved in making the day so special. Everything completely exceeded our expectations and we will 100% be coming back. I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough — easily a 10/10 experience.

The VascuPen treatment for the removal of the unsightly veins on my legs has been brilliant. Jess is the “Queen of Veins”, and excels in the care she gives.
Each session is quick, it only takes about 5 minutes, and there’s only minor discomfort during each zap. I didn’t think that I’d get such a good result, but after 4 sessions the red threads have almost vanished. Thank you to the team, as always if feels like a safe pair of hands

I cannot recommend Medispa28 enough ! From my first visit years ago I have always been made to feel welcome and comfortable with outstanding results every visit. The team are extremely knowledgeable and always make sure to keep you updated and educated through every treatment. The surroundings, hygiene and vibe is on another level. Visits are my guilty pleasure and nothing is ever a stupid question I would never look or want to go anywhere else for my treatments and recommend Medispa28 to everyone looking to improve the way they feel about themselves. I recently had a double-needle cog thread treatment done at Medi Spa 28, and although I was extremely nervous beforehand, I couldn’t have been in better hands.

Barbara’s kindness, expertise, and reassuring approach immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure and experienced minimal discomfort. Her skill and attention to detail were evident from start to finish.

I’m now two weeks post-treatment, and I’m already amazed by the results. Knowing that the full effects continue to develop over the next two to three months makes me even more excited. I had my follow-up appointment today, and, as always, Barbara was absolutely fantastic—professional, caring, and genuinely committed to achieving the very best outcome.

Please please think twice I am still in pain from this spa and was thrennded with legal department when complained and told contact other company they said it is spa and tbrented legal action not as nice as they make out please please avoid

This spa management have no respect for its clients time and commitments. I have had numerous appointments cancelled and rearranged without cause for concern for my commitments or even continuity of clinician which in a medical clinic I feel is quite important.

I made my consultation appointment at medi-spa 28 at the start of June. I was called and asked to attend an hour later - not an issue. I attended and was left to sit waiting a further hour past the rearranged appointment while the staff attended to a film crew who were doing a promo video with the council. No one informed me I would be waiting an hour I was just offered to change my appointment at the end of the hour which wasn’t worth doing at that point. I then made an appointment for my first treatment session, again a message to ask me to change my appointment which I did as I wanted the treatment to be completed however I did think twice changing it was taking the Mickey a little.

Never did I ever think when booking my second treatment session I would again be contacted to change my appointment and clinician. This time I was also lied to by Barbara the director the clinic claiming my clinician was out of the country on leave. I know this not to be the case as I specifically booked in face to face with the clinician around her holiday dates and it was booked for her first day back in clinic post holiday.

I cannot fault Lara who carried out my first session but the management of the diaries and the other staff members I’m afraid are incompetent. I am not going to trust a clinic who cannot handle a diary system and mess their clients about with no care or attention to their commitments or even continuity of clinician so will be taking my other sessions elsewhere where I have just booked in with no issue and great customer service.

Went for my first ever treatment today, being a newbie to filler I was very nervous trusting someone with my face but I didn't need to worry, dan was extremely professional, he went over everything with me, listened to what I wanted, talked me through the whole process & made me feel at ease straight away, even went all in with botox too.
💯 will be returning.

Lara is so lovely, makes you feel welcome from the moment you step foot through the door.
Treatment was explained to me very clearly and every step taken to ensure a enjoyable experience. Now on my 5th session and sad that it's nearly over.

I started coming to Medispa in 2022 just before my Daughter’s wedding and have continued to come here whenever I need a skin boost . I have recently completed a course of microneedling with exosomes with Lara and I am really pleased with the results . Lara explained the treatment fully to me before she began and regularly checked to make sure I was ok .
All staff are friendly and professional and make sure you are fully informed throughout your treatment . I would definitely recommend booking here you will not be disappointed.

The best thing about MediSpa28 is the personal service you get from all the staff. I have had different procedures and have never felt pressured to have anything. A comprehensive explanation is always given and the after treatment is superb.
We also had our daughters hen do in the Spa. It was an amazing and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the treatments available. The setting is idyllic and certainly made the day one to remember. Visit here if you can!!!

I have been going to Medispa28 now from almost day one (many years) it’s not just a treatment visit, it’s an experience and a 5* one at that. You are made to feel so welcome, service second to non and a great atmosphere to be in. I moved to Dubai with an unlimited amount of clinics to visit but every time I choose to only visit here on every single visit home. I don’t plan on changing that either. Service is amazing, staff amazing, treatments amazing, facilities amazing!!!

I have felt confident in Barbara’s knowledge and abilities since I first spoke with her. Barbara didn’t ‘sell’ me treatments it was a conversation about what I thought I would like and whether in fact that was a best plan for me.
