After attempting to navigate the multiple and confusing supplemental gap plans, we discovered Russell's (Medisupps') You Tube videos and decided to set up an appointment. We received a reply very quickly and scheduled a phone appointment the next day. We spoke with Russell and he answered all of our questions and gave us the advice we were looking for.
