NO ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from your customer support team.
I first contacted you about an issue with my annual subscription and waited a full week without receiving any reply. I then sent a follow-up email, and still heard nothing. At this point, I have sent approximately four emails and have yet to receive a single response.
It honestly feels as though the support system is not functioning at all.

My Meditopia premium subscription was…

My Meditopia premium subscription was renewed this year without any notification, and 49€ was charged from my account on November 2. I followed the instructions on their website and sent two emails requesting a refund with the payment receipt attached, yet I have received no response at all. Their customer service simply does not exist — it is not working!! I am urgently requesting a full refund.

No answers from Meditopia

Their helpdesk email address does not work, no phone number available, no answers if you ask for a new password. They make it very difficult to end your paid subscription.
