I neglected to order the pump for the air mattress i purchased. The staff at MedShop Direct were very helpful, they contacted the manufacturer to inquire about my purchasing a pump separately. Their communication is top notch, sending emails with updates on the order and then delivery. The pump itself is working great with the air mattress. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend them to anyone in need.

The personnel at medshopdirect are customer first in all areas. The delivery company was late in delivering the bed which was slightly concerning as the day was a Friday. Overall, the bed is one of the best and is working well for my husband with Parkinsons.

Bed exactly as described except that the “1 touch” controls are not actually “one touch”. You have to keep your thumb on the button during the entire moving process - which for a Parkinson’s patient is pretty hard (with the tremors and decreased strength). But overall - the bed is wonderful. My husband slept for 5 solid hours without waking up the first night!!! I don’t have to pull him up and out of the bed anymore in the middle of the night, which saves my back. Ordering it online was simple, the company called to verify everything which was great, the delivery was quick and damage free. And the product is fairly easy to assemble - just extremely heavy - so have your strong adult children come over to put it together.

From the ease in ordering to the actual product quality, this mattress has met and exceeded my expectations. I am sleeping better and believe this justifies the price. I knew I made the right choice once I received an email introducing the customer service rep for my account.

I wish there were more stars in this review that I could give this company. The customer service was exemplary. We had some issues with some unforeseen challenges in delivery. But everyone provided excellent communication and support and we were able to get my dad in a much needed hospital bed. I would highly recommend med shop direct. Everything was great. The person who I talked to in order to get the right Bariatric mattress. The quickness of the delivery. The best of all is the quality of the mattress.
