It was an easy experience. Trainers great and always contactable assessments opened up perfectly and never any issues using there servers. New assessment always opened up 24 hrs after completing the one before hand. No unnecessary time frames in between. Completed 11 months early because of this. Each assessment had a great amount of time before it was due. Trainer we’re lovey and always open to an extra attempt if the 3rd wasn’t enough so didn’t have to be worried about failing over something as simple as forgetting to answer a question before submitting.

Easy to follow guide and lots of information.

Learning materials were easy to navigate and thorough.
Support is always available when needed.
The process was made very easy and fit in with other commitments well.

I have just completed my Certificate with Medical Administration Training and the course was challenging and very enjoyable. There was help when needed and the trainers were fantastic. I believe I have been trained well for a future in a medical admin role.

It was great to be able to complete this course online and at my own pace. I also thought the tasks were well designed to simulate a real workplace environment. The learning content was thorough. Hopefully it gives me the leg up to be able to enter into this sector.

The content of material is very good, and there is always someone on the other side of a phone call to assist with you in an effective and timely manner. The work is corrected within 24 hours and if you have been required to correct any of the answers the correction is done by return. Great overall

I want to say thank you very much for MAT Team, the trainers and student supports absolutely supporting, helpful, approachable, accommodating, and their response are very quick. The online portal is easy to navigate, the practical, theories are engaging, and up to date. I recommend everyone to do online study with Medical Administration Training.

I enjoyed the varied course material. There was a blend of practical and theory. The role plays were a fun way to enact situations in the workplace. The assignments were good and looked forward to them.

Learning material was well presented and relevant to the assessment material. The administration staff responded quickly to questions and my Assessor marked my assessments very quickly.

I had a wonderful experience! The lecturers are extremely helpful and always gave me great feedback or helped me to understand the questions. The course itself is fair and easy to follow along with and understand.

The only thing I would recommend is that you share at signing or within the course, the realistic time needed weekly to complete this course, so when your not provided enough time at work, you will now that you’ll need to put in more time at home to complete course?
