Order Never Sent
UPDATE: I finally received my order on 11/24, two months after the expected delivery date and following this review of my experience with them. I’ll reiterate, just google the reviews on them. I’ll NEVER order anything from them again because of their business practices.
I made a purchase on 7/31 w/an expected delivery date of 9/5. I made contact on 9/25 regarding the status of my package and the company responded the next day saying they had my order but no labels but would send the order without the labels. On 10/17, I received a notice and a USPS tracking number with a “your order is on the way.” On 10/29, I checked the tracking number and USPS hadn’t received the package for shipping. I made notification to the company on 10/30 and on 10/31, Jameelah responded, apologized and said she’d check the status immediately. On 11/4, since I hadn’t heard anything, I sent another email stating I hadn’t received the package and I requested a refund. The company responded and said my order may have been lost and they were conducting an internal investigation. On 11/7, I demanded a refund. I received no response and sent another email on 11/12. On the 13th, the response was the mailbox didn’t receive incoming emails and I would need to communicate through their website. How is it that the email I had used previously all of a sudden doesn’t accept incoming emails. I did a google search on the company and this seems to be their MO. What a shame.
