I found in my first meal the green beans were very good. But, the following 2 meals the green beans were not as fresh tasting.

So easy, from delivery to cooking! Love the flavour in each meal.

Food is great. I was ordering take out and Uber. This is a lower cost than delivery and much healthier. The nutritional information is available on the Meels site and on the packaging. The food is prepared and very fresh. I used HelloFresh and liked some meals but I have consistently good meals from Meels.

The portions are fair. Not as customizable as other services I have used which I could specify “no corn” or “no sugar”. I find there are too many sweeteners - like coconut nectar and maple syrup in here.

Really good, healthy and easy meals! We are a family with two small kiddos and we love these for busy weeknights. Only thing I wish they’d change - some meals are surprisingly spicy (like miso tofu) and we end up not being able to feed the toddler the dinner

I’ve tried a few different meal delivery services and I think Meels provides higher quality food. I also really like the large selection of meals every week and that you can even choose the side to go with your protein. Another great thing is you don’t have to subscribe. The only downside is it’s a bit pricey.

Started ordering from Meels because I'm trying to lose weight and eat healthier, but hate cooking. It's more expensive than my previous meal prep service, but the 10% subscription discount, points, and credit for returning the bag help to bring down the cost. I'm so far impressed with the freshness of the ingredients, the creative dishes, and the extensive menu. I was concerned that the portion sizes would be too small based on the pictures, but they're actually pretty decent. I feel full after every meal. This is also the most flexible meal prep service I've come across. Love that I can choose my sides, do a one time order (not just a subscription), choose how many meals I want in my subscription, and there are several delivery days to choose from. Customer support has been responsive and helpful.
