Robin didn’t help me in any ways Meesho sent me damaged glass products and they were unable to initiate refund
I had initiated return on the day I receive the product and Robin told me that I had selected wrong return option and 96hours was passed and he was unable to initiate refund or connect to supervisor and wasted all my time and money

Need Live Support for Better Customer Help

Meesho app is good, but customer support system needs improvement. There is no proper live chat or instant support option where customers can quickly explain their issues.
Because of this, it becomes difficult to resolve delivery-related problems on time. Other apps provide live support which makes things much easier.
Meesho should introduce a live chat support system so customers can directly communicate and get quick solutions.
Overall, support experience needs improvement.

Very poor service

Very poor service. After accepting the order and payment, they cancelled the order after a week by pointing a reason that the address is undeliverable for their delivery partner. But the location is an urban area and is easily accessible. Meesho is not reliable. They dont respect consumer rights and convenience.

Worst application I have ever used in my life. I have never seen such poor service. First, you delivered the wrong order, and then for the exchange, you took almost 10 days. Your customer support system is even worse — whenever I called, they only gave false assurances instead of resolving my concern. Such a pathetic app, Meesho. Even now, I have not received my exchange order. With this kind of service, you will never grow.Deliver my exchange as soon as possible, otherwise issue my refund immediately.

Delivery agent refused to deliver

Delivery agent refused to deliver on 4th floor, and agreed to deliver in shop. After giving OTP he did not deliver the product. Raised concern through help centre but they refused to help due to order delivered via OTP

I am a seller on this app,but I feel…

I am a seller on this app,but I feel disappointed every time because buyers cheat me.I always provide the exact product along with a freebie,but some buyers replace the product & then request a return.I have faced this problem many times,but it has not been resolved yet.
The rules of Meesho are useless & even after contacting the support team,I have not received any response.Now I have decided to stop selling products in this app,My trust & confidence are completely broken.Meesho is not a trustworthy app.

Meesho is completely fraud

I do lot of online shopping but this experience with meesho is extremely bad.. it is a complete fraud company. I ordered two digital watches but only one is delivered but when I asked for refund answer was refund if less quantity is delivered is not in their policy and they looted for my money.. think once before you order..

I have referred meesho to 4 people they have been order their 1st order too it's been 1 and half month but I didn't get meesho balance referral money I called customer care also for more than 10 times they said you will get it in 2 days but it's been 1 and half month what to do this is a bad experience from meesho why all this happening

I have not received my order from 18 March 2026 until now.

Very disappointing experience with Meesho.

I placed Order #265879233783371264 on 18 March 2026, which was supposed to be delivered on 26 March 2026. I had already paid online, but I still have not received my order.

Despite contacting customer support multiple times, there has been no proper response or resolution. Even after 10 days, the order was neither delivered nor cancelled. To make matters worse, the Help option for this order was closed without resolving my issue.

This has been a complete waste of my time and money. I expected better service and accountability.

@Vidit Aatrey, Co-founder, Chairman, Managing Director, and CEO of Meesho — this situation is truly disappointing and reflects poorly on the company’s customer service.

This is not just disappointing — this is disgraceful.

This has been one of the most outrageously pathetic and unacceptable service experiences I have ever faced.

This is not just poor service — this is complete incompetence, negligence, and zero accountability.

1st Order:
My order wasn’t even shipped for 10 DAYS. When I finally followed up, I was casually told it would “auto-cancel.” No urgency, no apology, nothing. On top of that, I lost the discount vouchers I had applied — effectively penalized for THEIR failure. Not a single attempt to compensate or resolve.

2nd Order:
I clearly instructed the delivery agent to leave the parcel with my neighbour. The agent didn’t even bother to show up. No call, no attempt — just pure negligence. After 2 days, the order was cancelled like it meant nothing.

3rd Order:
Again, I gave them another chance (which was clearly a mistake). The delivery agent called but NEVER showed up. I raised a complaint — completely ignored. No response, no resolution, just silence.

Customer Support (or the lack of it):
When I finally contacted customer service, I was shockingly told their system was “down” and I should NOT call. Seriously? If your system is down, does that justify abandoning your customers? What kind of unprofessional, irresponsible attitude is this?

This entire experience reflects a complete breakdown of integrity, professionalism, and basic customer service ethics. Orders are mishandled, delivery agents are careless, complaints are ignored, and support is practically nonexistent.

This is not just disappointing — this is disgraceful.

I strongly warn others: do not rely on this platform if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. This has been nothing short of a nightmare.

There is a problem with the Meesho…

There is a problem with the Meesho application. After opening the app, the 'Grocery' option simply isn't clickable. I filed a complaint, but I haven't received any solution. The customer care executives are just offering the same old, standard excuses—telling me to reinstall the app or to log out and log back in. I've tried doing all of that, but nothing seems to be working.

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service and the app experience.

I placed an order for 1250 on March 16th, with a promised delivery date of March 26th. However, on that date, I received no updates or my package. I raised a ticket, and was told to wait for four days. After three days, I contacted customer support again, and they informed me that my package would be delivered by April 1st.

To my dismay, the package was suddenly canceled, which is completely unacceptable. I requested a callback and waited over 30 minutes, but never received one.

Please stop setting incorrect expectations for your customers. If we are your customers, it is essential that you learn how to communicate effectively with us.
