Very good service and stable system angain after large update

I have received 10 spam emails soliciting business from this company. Relentless marketing. Leave my inbox alone! And no, I won't tell you who I am so you only stop spamming me. Stop using spam tactics to get new customers. It is harassment.

We bought the Google Consent extension which is great. We have had a little issue at the beginning but Meetanshi offers a perfect support, they even helped us on another issue which had nothing to do with them!

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales support from Meetanshi Technologies. I purchased an extension in 2019 with the promise of lifetime updates included in the price. Now, I am being told that the company has unilaterally changed its policy and that I must pay every year to continue receiving updates. This is a clear case of bait-and-switch, as they were happy to take my money under the original terms but refuse to honor them now.

When I raised this issue with their support, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. They admitted that lifetime updates were offered at the time but insisted that the company had since changed its policy, as if that somehow invalidates the agreement I made when purchasing the product.

After some back and forth, they reluctantly offered a one-time update for free but insisted that I would have to pay for future updates. When I refused, they claimed that their "Terms of Use" allowed them to change the agreement whenever they wanted—completely ignoring the principle that a sale is a binding contract.

This is not how ethical businesses operate. Changing the terms after a purchase and refusing to honor original agreements is dishonest. If you are considering buying from Meetanshi Technologies, be warned: they may change their policies at any time, leaving you with no choice but to pay again for what was originally promised. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I have been working with Sagar and his team for years now, and I can confidently say they are a great group of people you can trust. Any issues are resolved promptly, and they always think along with you to find the best solutions. Even when the Magento 2 platform goes down, they act immediately to fix it. We were unable to provide access to our back end or host, which made fixing our problem more challenging, but Meetanshi support was able to find a solution anyway, and everything is working fine now.
