As a practice, we have just started using Dandy scanners and lab. So far, we have had a pleasent experience with them. The support team are easy to contact and very fast acting. Additionall,y the lab coomunication has been excellent.
ive been using dandy labs for a month now and have been really impressed with the turn around time for my lab work as well as the quality of lab work provided, the software is really intuitave and the vision scanner is exceptional
Very accurate scanner and good training pathways for how to use. Was really useful for members of our team who haven't scanned before. Workflow for lab work submissions is very comprehensive (although can be a little rigid which makes changes on the fly a bit tricky). Portal can't connect to other labs which can be annoying but can always download STLs etc if needed. Would recommend overall
Dandy is the most amazing lab - some of the things we've found that make it great are the accuracy and speed of the scanner provided, the in chair lab checks during prep appointments and the lab work simulator and design programme - the team can't do enough to help and the training they provide is second to none
