Great service
Mega Thing provide a great service with reasonable prices and a good range of products. The customer service team are fast and efficient. I was able to place an order in the morning, contact them to arrange pick-up, and they had it ready to collect by 2pm!

I found the content on display is easy to negoiate. We are a small business with minium requirements. I find it is easier to order on line as previuous I have difficulity infinding certain Items we need. I will continue to shop here for certain items required

Great products, fast shipping, annoying emails.
The products were shipped quickly and accurately. There was a bag of lollies included, which was a nice touch. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the number of review reminder emails that I feel were largely unnecessary and frustrating. Please reconsider sending more than one review request per order as it has a negative effect on the potential for return business.

You replaced damaged goods without any…
You replaced damaged goods without any queries for which we were very grateful. The supplier however, did nothing to better package the replacement goods, BUT they did arrive intact. A miracle to my mind because the goods were quite fragile plastic without much to stop the items moving around in the carton and getting damaged.
