The product is phenomenal
The product is phenomenal, the shipping experience was exceptional, and everything from the weight to the color was just perfect. There’s only one small detail: if you know this product is being shipped to the U.S., why not include an outlet adapter compatible with American plugs? It came with a European adapter but not one for the U.S. I had to wait an extra day to get it …

Very displeased and disappointed I order 2 of one item and when I finalised payment two items I hadn’t even looked at were added to my order. I contacted customer service but got no response.
Never buy from this site again ☹️

Overall a good experience
Free shipping was fast, I ordered on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday. Only reason I didn't give 5 star is the box had a lot of empty space so the boxes inside could move around, they got a little dented but no damage to the products, just needs some paper padding.
Also their stock tracker looks to be accurate as I got the last one.
