Always have excellent offers on and usually deliver on time. Easy payment methods and reliable. Would’ve given 5 stars but the communication is sometimes slow as is processing orders but generally they are on time.

I placed an order but never received…
I placed an order but never received it? I have been messaging them several times a week for the last 3 months without a single reply, yet I get dialy promotional emails from Megatan.
If they are not sending orders out and not replying to emails then what does that make them?
* Follow up on the 18/11/2023. I received a reply after leaving this feedback and it seems someone has stepped in and is managing this company for the better. My order was finally sent and received withing 4 days. Thank you.

What's happened they gone bust ?
Always used with no problem placed an order but never went thru was saying off line contact us I tried again nothing..... so they took payment in total 4 times no confirmation email and message them numerous times with no response 🤔 not sure wat has happened with the company.... opened a investigation with my bank if no joy ill go to action fraud.

Ordered from them 29th of June
Ordered from them 29th of June, paid £75 on the 5th of July, have not received my items, sent countless emails and messages from my account and have had no response, have now opened an investigation with my bank and I am still having emails off the company promoting their products
