I am very sorry that you feel the way you do about our product, but I can assure you that you cannot get better product than what we sell. I will be 100% honest and say that I've had terrible delivery issues and my customer service skills are just as terrible, but I have always made sure that the MT2 that we sell is the finest available.
To answer you second point about being cheap, the only reason why MEGATAN is pretty much the cheapest online is because we are not greedy, but if you like I'm more than happy to charge you extra if it makes you feel better.

Because MT2 starts to degrade when mixed and not kept in the fridge, we do not send out any pre-mixed products, we do this so everything arrives in the best quality. However, we do have a some customers that are prepared to take the risk with Royal Mail being slow and still ask us to pre-mix their MT2, if this is something that you would be interested in then please do let us know.

I am so sorry for the poor service you have experienced but we are most definitely no scam company, I have been doing everything possible to getting everything back on track properly. Within the next 7-10 days I will not have a single overdue order waiting to get out.

I ordered in October still not recieved
I ordered in October. Still have not received the order. Despite numerous attempts to resolve
Trying to communicate with them is near impossible.
I most certainly would not recommend buying anything from them.
Despite the promise to send the order. This still has not happened.
It is hardly surprising that so many people thing that they are just fraudulent.

I have bought 2 bottles of megaton, waited quite a time for it which the company explained why , so that was fine with me. But I’ve used one bottle which hasn’t made any difference at all in my colour? I’ve used this before & it has worked in no time ! I don’t know what’s different this time ? Could you please explain. I will be perfectly honest with you here and say I do not have an answer for you. We have used the same lab as our supplier for a good many years now so every vial should be identical to the last. Still no response to let me know what’s…
Still no response to let me know what’s going on so will be going through my bank and claiming it back! I appreciate the delays in postal services and it being Christmas but being a business owner myself I have 2 data’s off at Christmas and any delays due to postal strikes I always keep in contact with my customers! I will be going elsewhere after over 5 years of buying!

I've used this site for quite a few…
I've used this site for quite a few years now & NEVER had any problems. Reading some of the reviews I think people have got to understand that 1. There is a Postal Strike On! 2. The site owner has been very open & transparent about what has happened (due to delays)
In this day & age people seem to have short fuses and are very quick to write negative reviews.
Again from my own perspective I've never had fault with the site/company. I can only give praise for the quality and customer service I've received.
Keep up the good work :-)
