just another scammy dropshipping. I found a 1:1 product on a different well known website (won’t mention the name so they don’t try to remove this review).

I ordered a set that had sizing issues and also left color stains, which I contacted them about immediately. Customer service response was very delayed, and by the time they got back to me, I had already left the country and couldn’t use or return the items in time.

They did allow me to return the items later, but I had to pay ~$46 for international return shipping, which was not reimbursed.

After receiving my return, they claimed the items had a “strong perfume scent” and therefore didn’t meet their return policy. This made no sense as the items were barely used and stored in my room. They also said packaging was missing, which I believe I included but even if not, they're referring to the chinese plastic bags :).

As a result, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered to send the items back to me for an additional fee.

Overall, the process felt very rigid and unfair, especially considering the initial issues with the product and their delayed response. I'm getting the products back, and never ordering from this website, and will continuously urge people to avoid it.

I bought a dress from Melani for around $150 and was excited to wear it to an upcoming wedding. About a week later I started receiving phone calls and emails from DHL stating I must pay an additional $33 for a duty fee. This was absolutely NOT disclosed prior to purchase as I never would have made the order. I have since not received the package and not been reimbursed. I want my money back ASAP. When I get it back I'll delete this and every other negative review I plan on writing.
