Shipping container was damaged on the out BUT the excellent inner package was perfect. Not one bolt out of plastic bags. Thumbs up for your packing skills 👍🏻 Put it together and had one bolt, nut & lockwasher extra. Perfect.

I liked how the hanging tote kit I ordered matched up to the Melipron shelving system precisely. It required a lot of screws and nuts, but once finished, it is a very solid install.

It's a wonderful product that exceeded my expectations and met all my needs.

Ordering products online makes me fearful of how well the products are made. This seems to be well built and made of a heavy material. It was just installed but I think that it will hold up well.

construction of pieces were very good. a couple of the threads were obstructed. that is the only reason for the 4 stars . Also the nylon lock nuts were very hard to start and were left off. instructions and design are good. price point is perfect.

Great customer service. My shipment came in a damaged box and a missing part. Melipron was quick to help. They shipped the missing parts right away and i was able to complete installing the roof rack on my ford transit.

Love this thing! Worth every penny! Very strong build and rugged looking. The T channel nuts didnt fit into my unit so I had to purchase different ones but got it on and just trying to find a strong enough flag pole to use it.

I’m a 68 year old woman doing a self build. All self taught via YouTube and other on line sites. Even I could put this thing together. The instructions are fairly straight forward and the finished product is just the look I wanted. The rooftop will hold solar panels, fan and some sort of storage box when van is completed.

First order of the laptop mount went as expected and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

But when I ordered an additional part it was sent to a wrong address out of error and I’m still waiting for the part to arrive to the correct address. I’ve lost track of time. However, I think it is getting close to a month I’ve been waiting.

The product though is very sturdy and economically priced that I believe it is more affordable than the competitor RAM mount.
