I recently arranged for a delivery and confirmed the day twice. Unfortunately, the first scheduled delivery was canceled due to a vehicle breakdown. The second time, my delivery was confirmed, but then it was unfortunately canceled two hours later, apparlently refund on its way This has been quite inconvenient.

The patio slabs look great unfortunately the delivery not so good as waited in all day but no show. Had to phone several times to see when I could expect delivery so it was organised for the next morning. I had builders waiting as well so it would have been nice to get a call. I realise it’s. 2nd/3rd party for delivery.

Order arrived quickly, the quality of the product is great and communication regarding delivery was really good. Only downside was the cost of the delivery was a lot to come to York.
