Hi Brian,

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that the hoodie didn’t meet your expectations. I understand sizing and quality are important, and we aim to provide accurate information and high-quality products.

To clarify, the hoodie you ordered is a pullover style without a zipper, but I apologise for any confusion regarding the product description. Our hoodies are designed to be true to size, but we know that everyone’s fit preferences can vary. Please reach out to us directly at enquiries@mem.fitness so we can look into this further and work toward a solution for you.

Best regards,
MEMFitness

In the meantime, we’ve already reached out to the shipping company (see below) on your behalf and are awaiting their response. We’ll keep you updated and work to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

(below text is from the shipping company)
"I see we were meant to deliver your Shipper parcel by 06/09/2024 but haven't done so. Your parcel appears to have missed connection to the courier, I'm sorry that we haven't delivered on time. I can get this escalated for you now or you can choose one of these options"

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
