Thanks for the 5* review John! UPS can make some mistakes unfortunately, but glad a replacement case made it to you safely and you enjoy it.
The product and customer service rocks
The display case is excellent for showing off and protecting my signed football. Memorabilia Displays we’re on top of the shipment, there was an unexpected delay for some of the parts and they reached out once they knew and informed me of the delay and offered options to make up for the delay. The customer service was excellent and I really appreciate the effort it took to stay on top of the situation rather than the big company’s process of waiting for a complaint. I will definitely order from them again.
