Do NOT purchase. Faulty product, doesn’t charge and doesn’t heat. I can feel there’s a loose wire inside as it stuck into me. This is a SERIOUS FIRE RISK and serious potential current risk on my body. They will not and HAVE NOT answered 4 emails. 90 return they say - absolute rubbish. Kiss your money goodbye. But this is serious - I will take it as far as I need to go…your house will burn down because of these faulty products.

Absolute scam! Refuses to refund. You can buy this crap on Temu for $30. Do not purchase from this shit company. It’s not Australian - the emails are not in English!

Total scam! This misleading "Canadian" site claims it ships from Toronto, but it actually comes from Hong Kong. The unit arrived completely different from the pictures, and extra items were missing. Robotic customer service just repeats your complaints. The massager is a defective hazard: the vibrator sounds sick, the battery does not fully charge which causes it to die quickly, and fluctuating heat almost burns your skin.

Only got one star because I can’t choose zero. Item never arrived. Tracking showed it was returned to sender, no delivery attempt that I was aware of. Response time from their “customer service” team was very slow. They strung it out for a month, and have ignored several requests for a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely horrible!! I ordered and then the next day I canceled via email. I got a reply right away saying that they reply in 1-2 days. Their reply was that they could not cancel my order because they have a 12 hour window in which you can cancel. This is how they steal from customers!! A 12 hour wondow but they don't reply to your email for a day or 2( they replied to me 3days later). I made 2 orders, 1 they say was delivered and the other 1 they are still processing 5 days later. Their policy says that the customer is responsible for paying for the return. This is also unacceptable!! If they answered their emails right away and got rid of the 12 hour window then my orders would have been canceled properly. Ordered on July 27 and still trying to get cancelation Aug 1. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MENDABLE!! THEY WILL RIP UOU OFF!!!

Don’t buy anything from this shop. The items are completely different from the pictures, different shapes and fabrics and sizes. The worst part is that you can’t wear it!!! It is so bad!!! It is a SCAM.

I ordered a Mendable shoulder relief massager believing it to be an Australian company, designed by Australian Drs. It was meant to be posted and received within 0-3 days and posted from Sydney Australia.
Nope ,25 days later it arrives and from overseas plus in a non brand box not even labeled as Mendable. Looks like it could be from Temu.

The cradle had metal bearings
One of these had a really sharp point which I never noticed till using it
As soon as the viabration started it stuck in my neck causing bleeding
Median contacted the company it’s now nearly a month later and despite numerous emails , they still have not refunded me , they offered me 15% refund and said I could keep the item despite telling me not to use it .
Their policy states immediate refund fir faulty items , not true , they are dishonest est and have no regard for customer wellbeing
DONT BUY THIS BECAUSE if it’s faulty they will not be honourable about it .

Ordered Triple Fusion Massager on 22/05/26. I took over 2 weeks to arrive. Product arrived faulty - not charging. Mendable were advised of this.
It’s been 7 weeks, 8 emails with videos, and still no resolution.
Mendable continue dragging on the return process. It appears this is deliberate, inorder to avoid issuing a full refund.

Absolutely the worst product on the market, do not waste your money !! Despite they say its made and shipped from Canada this is shipped from and made in china. You have to wait 6 weeks to get it, charge does not last after 1 session and it takes 2 people to get it onto your arm properly as the design is horrible. Its sad there allowed to market this the way they do, complete and utter lies.

I requested a return within Mendable's advertised 30-day return period.
Instead of processing the return, they asked for additional information including videos and photos - WHICH I SUPPLIED, even though not required by their published refund policy, then they just stopped responding altogether.
I'm still waiting for the return authorisation and shipping label...

I agree with all the other reviews. Total scam. Shoddy product and the return process is frustrating. Nothing “Canadian” about this product.

Ordered product is good faith on 28June, it is now 21 July and still not delivered. The shipping from Sydney is false, the 2 day dispatch is FALSE. IT TOOK THEM 6 DAYS TO EVEN DISPATCH THE ORDER. It has sat at customs for a week. Claim they process complaints manually with 24 hours. ALSO FALSE.

Be careful ordering from this company - Firstly they advertise 24hour delivery from Sydney - NOT TRUE took 2 weeks from China. Product arrives and does not work as advertised NO heat AT ALL does slightly vibrate with very poor fitting! 2 weeks of talking to them online to arrange a refund and they keep coming up with "offers" to keep the product but they'll give me a discount on further purchases????

Aggressive marketing, Hong Kong-based Company,a plethora of communications…BUT NO PRODUCT DELIVERED after payment.

They state that the knee therapy is shipped from Sydney and will be dispatched in 24 hours, mine took 2 weeks before shipping to Queensland and strangely enough came to Australia via customs, not to mention that it was missing 2 items as stated in my original order. Another point to note is that their web address is a .com and not a .com.au another tell tale of scam marketing. I have reported them to the Australian Consumer Affairs for investigation. I’m not suggesting to not buy their products but be aware of their marketing lies and make your own decisions. Oh, and another point to mention is the packaging of their products does not remotely resemble their marketing. The ball is in your hands on wether or not to purchase.

The doctor is an AI amalgamation of doctors and the address used is generic
The product is a over priced Chinese produced piece of pseudoscience that is cheaper on TEMU
Nova Ecom is the Australian supplier which promotes Same day Australia shipping from a "Sydney warehouse" but the product is shipped from China
$119 waste of money and beware as they automatically sign you up to a reoccurring payment
Avoid at all costs!

This company is a sham. No record of a Dr James Anderson in the photo. (The name on the certificate behind him in the picture is for someone named Michael). Ordered Jul 1st delivered Jul 13th so not shipped from Canada but China. My tracking status shows import into Canada.
