This was actually my bank a cpl yrs ago. There employees were so helpful to me when a scammer tried to deposit a fake check in my account.

Bank of America Ended a relationship…
Bank of America Ended a relationship with me due to few return payments back in 2016 that didn’t belong to me I kept my credit card in good standing and I filed a company against them and there executives were rude to me and and took my $1300 I paid to them to zero out the credit card account and refused to reopen my credit card I told them I didn’t make those bogus payments and my online login passwords were hacked and they closed my account and and my checking accounts ... Will be suing them in small claims court soon

Bank of America...Once again!
Once again, BofA has shown me that I need to change banks for my businesses! Just when I thought their service could be no worse than it is they do something to cause me to re-evaluate my opinion!
This afternoon depositing checks in a BofA ATM one of the checks was misread, indicating an amount less than what was on the check. I go in to the branch to inform the branch manager of the error. Believe it or not the BRANCH MANAGER did not even have the courtesy to get up from her desk, she looked at me and told me to call customer service! UNBELIEVABLE!
So, I will be changing banks!
My suggestion until enough people stand up against these large financial concerns will we ever receive true customer service!

If you want to your business get shuted…
If you want to your business get shuted down because of merchant service , you definitely should choose Clover go in combination with Bank Of America !!!
This is just ridiculous, they was HOLDING all our funds for 15 days WITHOUT MAKING ONE CALL!!!!
After that they took a deposit of 10.000$ because transaction are 'risky' and after a week we have a hold of 22.000 AGAIN !!!\
Im trying to reach them, but no one is answering on more than 50 calls at least to talk with business owner that show them a trust for choosing them to run his business !!! AND THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO SHUT HIM DOWN !!!
EVEN IF YOU ARE CRAZY , DO NOT CHOOSE BANK OF AMERICA!!!
CHRIS FROM SECURITY DEPARTMENT IS SO NOT REASONABLE!
NOT GIVING A S*** ABOUT OUR BUSINESS AND OUR EMPLOYEES !!!!!!
